Is it weird to be afraid of the future? Afraid of what’s to come and what’s to go? It’s as if everything in life has an expiration date, waiting as the moment seems to get closer and closer to being perfect. I sometimes worry that the amount of time I spend waiting for the future outweighs the amount of time I spend making the future present.

Dream?
Have you ever woken up from a dream to find yourself wishing you could still be sleeping? Sometimes it is in our minds that we are truly free; truly at peace. It is in our dreams where we live out our fantasies, follow our hearts. Sometimes I wake up and I wish that I could still be in that state because I was unafraid of what I truly desire.

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if I were to live by my philosophies. If I were to take risks. Not look back. Forgive and forget. Dance in the rain. Yell at you. I guess I can only hope that one day I will do things for me, not for the people around me.
